Before founding Jigsaw in 1998, Lesley honed her skills at British Airways, excelling as a premium account manager. Over 25 years, she has developed Jigsaw into a multi-award-winning enterprise, renowned for its exceptional quality, expertise, and value for a global clientele. Lesley’s commercial acumen and commitment to excellence make her a formidable figure in the business travel industry.

Debbie has been part of the Jigsaw journey for 20 years and looks after our international client base. Debbie is a born relationship builder and has nurtured relationships with suppliers all over the world. Debbie holds specific expertise in conferences and events , private air charters and complex itineraries.

Christie was born to travel and is not only a fully qualified business travel consultant, she has also lived and worked globally whilst based in the Middle East for 4 years. There is literally no-where Christie hasn’t been. This, combined with her relentless focus on customer experience ensures she brings an immersive perspective of travel on an international basis to our clients

Prior to joining Jigsaw Suzanne held a role at Carlson Wagonlit where she worked on the Deloitte account and has first-hand experience of what large corporate agents deliver. Suzanne finds the offering at Jigsaw unique and was excited to join us and deliver a tailored and customer focused experience to our clients.

Joanne has worked in corporate travel for 30 years and specialises in out of hours emergency support. Our resident troubleshooter, Joanne excels at crisis management and can think on her feet to provide solutions when our clients experience travel disruption.
