Yas Island
Shop until you drop at Yas Island Mall, Car enthusiasts and thrill seekers head to Ferrari World or Yas Water world, Yas Marina Golf Course and 6 hotel options in a cluster. All easily accessed with the free shuttle bus provided by the Island.
Ferrari World has fun for all ages. This is a great stopping point for all the car fanatics who love Ferrari, Formula One and Rollercoasters. Follow in your idols footsteps by driving the car of your dreams on the racetrack; we challenge you to a drag race! A great feature here, on Tuesday evenings the circuit opens to the general public allowing access to walk, run or cycle the track for FREE. If rides aren’t your thing then there are a lot of alternative attractions to keep you entertained.
Yas Marina is a great place to chill out, have a drink. With scenic views of the Arabian Gulf and the yachts that inhabit it – grab an outdoor table and discover some middle eastern cuisine. There are lots of themed nights so you can dance the night away!
For the little ones: Go wild and visit Emirates Zoo. Get up close and personal with the animals, hand feed the Elephants or get face to face with the Giraffes – Fact Do you know that Giraffe’s have blue tongues? Fabulous experience for all ages!
If you prefer to enhance your experience of the Middle East with Culture, In November 2017 The Louvre Abu Dhabi was officially opened. The sister of the original in Paris, The Louvre AUH is an art and civilization museum, a place to see Humanity in a new light!
Dubai
Dubai, it never stops… you can do anything from Skiing to Skydiving. Literally be on top of the World or submerge your dangerous side in shark diving.
The Burj Khalifa is the world’s tallest building at a height of 830m. The views from the observation deck are phenomenal, a must visit if you’re in Dubai. There are package options Inc. dinner if you’re looking for something special at the Burj Club or Atmosphere.
The Dancing Fountains are a top attraction at the Dubai Mall. Every half hour watch the fountains dance to background music in different languages. It’s spectacular – a must see. It can get busy so best be early to get a good view!
If you’re feeling adventurous you can head to the Dubai Mall Aquarium where you can do the walk around tour or try out the encounters with the sharks or sting rays. My personal experience I really enjoyed the Shark Walker Experience, submerged inside a metal gage inside the aquarium surrounded by sea life, it’s a pretty scary but unimaginable experience that you won’t ever forget whilst in Dubai.
Dubai Mall itself an experience… The largest mall in the world, filled with over one thousand outlets, restaurants and even an indoor Ski slope. What better way to cool yourself down after a day sunbathing?
In the evenings, JBR Walk is a good area to head to, it has a good choice of cultural restaurants with Fast food & Coffee Shops and ice cream parlours. Local vendors line the promenade with souvenirs, or you can catch up with the latest big screen movies at the Skymax Cinema or if you’re a Sports Fan then head down to Barasti Beach for all your Sports screened live.
